Shipping policy

Unless otherwise agreed by Kelvin Engineering LTD, delivery of a forklift truck to the customer or collection of a forklift truck by the customer will be permitted only after Kelvin Engineering LTD have received full payment for the forklift truck as cleared funds. Kelvin Engineering LTD will accept payment from the customer by electronic funds transfer, by debit or credit card, by cheque or by cash, in the UK only. Payment by card may incur a card processing charge.

Once Kelvin Engineering LTD have received cleared payment from the customer, delivery of the forklift truck (where Kelvin Engineering LTD have agreed to deliver) or collection of the forklift truck by the customer will take place as soon as practicable unless alternative timings are requested by the customer.

Kelvin Engineering LTD will not offer any liability or compensation with regard to damages or late delivery for goods in transit, any compensation sort will be between you the customer and the 3rd party supplier.

Transfer of title of the forklift truck will pass from Kelvin Engineering LTD to the customer once a) Kelvin Engineering LTD have received full payment for the forklift truck and b) the customer has taken possession of the forklift truck by collection of the forklift truck from Kelvin Engineering LTD or by delivery to customer site if arranged by Kelvin Engineering LTD.
