For deliveries beyond the UK mainland or international shipping, please reach out to us for a quotation. Please be aware that certain delivery areas may incur extra carrier charges for returns.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy provides us with the discretion to manage cancellations, returns, and refunds, excluding cases involving faulty or defective products. To request a cancellation, return, or refund, please contact us at 01342 832 101 with your order number and the reason for your request.

For consumer orders, excluding bespoke products, you must inform us of your intention to cancel the purchase either before the order is shipped or within 14 days of delivery, commencing on the day following the delivery date. Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be considered.

If your request is accepted and the products have already been delivered, you must return them in their original and unused condition within 14 days of cancelling the order. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products, and a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount. Please contact us to arrange the return.

If a refund is approved, it will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that the refund amount may be reduced if the value of the products has decreased due to handling them in a manner inconsistent with their intended use.

Returns of Incorrect Items:

We advise thoroughly examining the product specifications before placing an order to ensure the accurate selection of items. If you have any uncertainties about the suitability of a product, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for guidance. Should you receive an incorrect item, kindly inform us within 24 hours of receipt. To qualify for a return, the items must be unused and in their original packaging. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for both a restocking fee ranging from 10%-35% of the product price and return shipping costs.

Returns of Damaged/Faulty Goods:

In the event of receiving a damaged or faulty product, please reach out to us at 01342 832 101 101 within 7 business days, providing your order number. We will evaluate the situation and, based on the product and circumstances, coordinate either a collection or a visit from an engineer. To prevent additional damage, it is essential to return the product in its original packaging. Any decision regarding a refund, repair, or replacement will be made following a thorough inspection of the returned product.
